Refund policy

We understand that not every product will work for your skin type! hence why we advise reading all product details before finalising your purchase. However, all purchase are final and we do not offer an exchange or return regardless if the item is opened or unused due to hygiene and sanitary reason.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

However if a product arrives damaged , you will be required to submit photo and video evidence and/or ship the product back to us for inspection, within 14 days of arrival. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement.
